Yes Indeed! I am so happy to be writing that Twelve Valve Diesel has returned and now is based out of Tulsa, OK. I have brought back more of my favorite tunes and arrangements as well as some new great songs to bring the party to life. We have re-vamped our Logo and Show Banners, our Marketing and Press info, and our PA and Lighting rigs for our live shows! More importantly we have added some new members (more info coming soon). Please come and see the new Twelve Valve Diesel tear it up on New Years Eve in Cushing, OK at the Buckhorn Bar! Y'all ready to put some SLAW on it?

New Beginning and a fresh new look

Firstly I just want to say a big thanks for all the support and love. I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am without the people closest to be being my encouragement and to push harder in the new year. The last 18 months has been that of quite personal turmoil but I'm happy to say that things are starting to look much better. Look for upcoming news about lesson openings for Guitar and Bass and relaunching, recording and performing with Twelve Valve Diesel and R3diculous in 2020 with fresh new attitude!

Happy New Years!!!

Happy New Years! I just wanted to throw a quick update for everyone. 2017 was BUSY, BUSY, BUSY... as you can tell with my blog being extremely sparse for the year (1 Blog)... tsk, tsk... but it was for good reason. As I have been building a compendium of my music adventures in 2017, I realized that I had performed 101 times. 101 TIMES in 1 year. Holy Smokes. Heres to new adventures for you all and a good round of joy and prosperity in the new year!!!!

Twelve Valve Diesel!!!!

Hey There Everyone!!!! So it's been a long winter but I haven't stopped working. Through the Winter season I worked with a new incarnation of The Incline and began as the primary guitarist is a local 90's-2000's Rock Tribute called MASS TRANSIT. These projects are awesome but I have had something up my sleeve waiting and working in the wings and this last month I have finally got to bring it to the fore front!!! Twelve Valve Diesel is my idea of what a great southern country rock should be. Covering all the artists I grew up with in OK like Jason Boland and Cross Canadian Ragweed as well as writing and arranging our own originals Twelve Valve is a spectacular band. We just got this awesome article i'll be tagging at the bottom written about us by our local news publication The Gazette. I haven't been this excited about a project since the Back Road Horizons days and we are gearing up for a solid summer full of shows and recording our debut effort. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through the years I can't wait to bring this new band and some new music to you!!!

End of Summer Tour and Changes

Well Folks! I have forgotten how beautiful Oklahoma is in the late summer. Going home to Tahlequah to play for homecoming weekend was a treat and rounding out the trip at Muskogee Country Club and The Club at Indian Springs in Broken Arrow was the cherry on top! The music was well recieved and it was so great to catch up with old friends and meet some new friends along the way as well!! With that good news also comes some sad news as I have resigned from The MuleTrain Express after our last outing at Rocks Bar in Colorado Springs. I wish the guys the best as it is my time to shine in the front of the pack as I have been approached with some very exciting oppurtunites to advance my songwriting career!!!. BIG NEWS COMING SOON!!!!!

Texas Was Hot!!!

And I mean hot. Besides the almost unbearable heat and long hours in the car, I can easily say it was a great trip. Austin, Houston, and San Antonio were all fantastic to play in. I had the pleasure of the company of Max Maggs, who accompanied me on cajon and other percussion while I laid down the rest. I'm glad to be home and finally well rested from the trip. Big news in The MuleTrain Express camp as well... so firstly we lost a couple of great players and people Jim West on Electric Guitar and Mike Stewart on Vocals/Keys. Both of these guys are just outright fantastic and I encourage everyone to look them up. As we were searching for another member to round out our sound, we found Jake Oakey. Jake is a vocalist/guitarist with a lot of soul and a welcome addition, as well as a catalyst to getting us fired up and writing NEW ORIGINAL FUNKY ROCK MUSIC!!! Stay tuned for some of that my friends!

Summer Heat Is Firing Up

I'm getting fired up about my trip to Texas very soon. According to most forecasters I'm in for an absolute scorcher! South Texas in the first week of July, who would have thought it? I hope to see some of y'all that live in the area but if I don't, I hope you have a Happy 4th of July. Big Thanks to everyone involved on this trip, Enterprise Rent-a-car, Peterson Entertainment LLC, The Winkler, Sancho's Cantina-San Antonio, Notsuoh-Houston, J&O's Cantina- San Antonio, Thawind Mills, you guys rock!!!
Ill be putting up a couple of rehearsal videos before the trip and if you want to see the new polished R3diculous set in its entirety, Ill be at The Zodiac from 530-615 on 7/10 fresh off the road!!!

What A Weekend!

Whoa what a weekend we just had. I am so proud of my guys in The MuleTrain Express, they went out on the road for the first time regionally and did a fantastic job. 3 gigs in 3 days for a band that rarely has done 2 shows back to back is a feat of unimaginable mental fortitude. Anytime you have a chance check these guys out and give a listen!!! www.themuletrainexpress.net
